Agusta C.Costa 21/12/2006, assemblea di 2 ore indetta dalle RSU sui fondi pensione.

Davanti a circa 200 lavoratori i 15 delegati di fiom fim e uilm, i loro responsabili provinciali ed i relatori dei fondi, dopo 2 ore filate di “slide” e percentuali che avevano la pretesa di convincere i lavoratori ad aderire a Cometa (fondo metalmeccanici), hanno perso il controllo dell’assemblea dopo che decine di lavoratori hanno cominciato a protestare perché non si consentiva loro di parlare.

Dopo alcuni battibecchi, è stata concessa la parola al delegato RSU della CUB (in RSU ci sono solo 2 delegati CUB). Un minuto dopo, appena il delegato CUB ha cominciato ad esporre ai lavoratori cosa si cela dietro il silenzio assenso, hanno cominciato a spintonare il delegato tentando di togliergli il microfono dalle mani, visto che non riuscivano, hanno staccato la spina dell’alimentatore spegnendo l’audio.

A quel punto, buona parte dei lavoratori ancora presenti sono intervenuti per consentire all’esponente della CUB di parlare, facendo un cordone di lavoratori attorno a lui.

I confederali hanno perso le staffe e, dopo aver tentato più volte di manomettere la connessione del microfono, hanno cercato la rissa ma, nonostante la loro ira e l’intervento di una decina di guardie armate della vigilanza e dell’uff. personale, l’assemblea è stata gestita dai lavoratori per 20 minuti circa.

OCE’: SOLIDARIETA’ PER GIORGIO
Licenziato perché sapeva lavorare
Ocè, azienda che gestisce l’archivio dell’Agusta di C. Costa, occupa una quindicina di dipendenti su un totale di circa 700 sparsi in tutta Italia. La multinazionale che, probabilmente, acquisirà l’appalto in Agusta, non vuole farsi carico dei lavoratori della Ocè. Così la Ocè mette le mani avanti e, in maniera preventiva, comincia a liberarsi dei lavoratori.
Il lavoratore, assunto con contratto a tempo determinato, verrebbe lasciato a casa ingiustamente perché la sua mansione continuerà ad esistere, presupposto che rende non applicabile il contratto a tempo determinato, pretesto usato dall’azienda per licenziarlo.
Ancora una volta la liberalizzazione del mercato del lavoro lascia per strada le sue “vittime”, lavoratori con l’unico difetto di dover mangiare tutti i giorni e per farlo devono lavorare.
Non è possibile assistere impassibili a questi soprusi, per questo motivo

MECCANICA: RIUSCITO LO SCIOPERO
I lavoratori rispondono all’iniziativa della FLMUniti

La FLMUniti esprime soddisfazione per la riuscita dell’iniziativa simbolica dello sciopero di 30 minuti di questa mattina all’interno del montaggio gruppi.
I lavoratori del montaggio e quelli della meccanica hanno risposto in maniera positiva con la loro partecipazione all’assemblea, nonostante il palese tentativo di intimidire i lavoratori da parte dell’ing. C... M... e del suo subalterno ing. B... che, a più riprese, hanno tentato di disturbare l’assemblea con ripetuti intromissioni. Fortunatamente nessuno ha dato importanza ai vari interventi dei responsabili e lo sciopero è riuscito.
I colleghi di FIM FIOM e UILM, come sempre, si sono distinti e, di fronte al rischio di una massiccia partecipazione allo sciopero, hanno deciso di schierarsi apertamente con la “gerarchia” della meccanica e con lo stesso metodo di operare (intimidire i lavoratori), facendo il giro tra i lavoratori per dissuaderli dal partecipare allo sciopero.

E’ scandaloso che delegati con la responsabilità di tutelare tutti i lavoratori, di fronte ad un problema così grave, se ne lavino le mani, abbandonandoli al loro destino.

Se non sono in grado di svolgere l’attività di delegato sindacale abbiano almeno il coraggio di dimettersi, eviteranno in questo modo che i loro errori ricadano sui lavoratori.

The workers answer to the initiative of the FLMUniti

The FLMUniti inside expresses satisfaction for the resolution of the symbolic initiative of strike of 30 minuteren of this morning of the assembly groups. The workers of the assembly and those of the mechanics have answered in positive way with their participation to the assembly, although the evident attempt to intimidate the workers from part of Ing C… M… and of its subordinate Ing B… that, more resumptions, have tried to disturb the assembly with repeated interferences. Fortunately nobody has given importance several to the participations of the responsibles and strike is successful. The colleagues of FIM FIOM and UILM, like always, have distinguished themselves and, of forehead to the risk of one huge participation to strike, has decided of openly schierarsi with the “hierarchy” of the mechanics and with the same method to operate (to intimidate the workers), going around between the workers in order dissuader them participating to strike. It is scandalous that delegated with the guardian responsibility of all the workers, of forehead to a serious problem therefore, the hands are washed some, abandoning them to their destiny. If they are not in a position to carrying out the activity of trade-union delegate have at least the courage to discharge itself, they will avoid in this way that their errors fall back on the workers.

MECCANICA: SITUAZIONE FUORI CONTROLLO

Licenziato un lavoratore al montaggio gruppi
Ennesima dimostrazione di forza da parte del “CAPO” della meccanica che manda a casa un lavoratore neo assunto perché “non idoneo a svolgere la mansione”. Il lavoratore era stato assunto un mese fa con il nuovo “CONTRATTO DI APPRENDISTATO” inserito nel CCNL appena firmato che, secondo alcuni, doveva dare più garanzie di stabilità occupazionale dei Contratti Formazione Lavoro e del lavoro interinale, è questa la garanzia occupazionale?. Lo vadano ora a spiegare al ragazzo che è a casa senza lavoro. Già qualche giorno fa un altro lavoratore neo assunto era stato trasferito ai forni per punizione solo perché era antipatico al “comandante” della meccanica. L’ufficio del personale, informato per tempo sull’accaduto, non ha avuto il coraggio di intervenire perché altrimenti il “padrone” della meccanica si sarebbe arrabbiato, così il ragazzo, perito industriale con assunzione a giornata come aggiustatore è finito ai forni a fare i turni senza nessuna spiegazione, e….., dopo questo bel trattamento ha ritenuto opportuno licenziarsi. Possibile che chi prende queste decisioni sulla pelle dei lavoratori non debba mai pagare? Di questo passo la differenza da CAPO a KAPO è davvero poca.
