OCE’: SOLIDARIETA’ PER GIORGIOLicenziato perché sapeva lavorare
Ocè, azienda che gestisce l’archivio dell’Agusta di C. Costa, occupa una quindicina di dipendenti su un totale di circa 700 sparsi in tutta Italia. La multinazionale che, probabilmente, acquisirà l’appalto in Agusta, non vuole farsi carico dei lavoratori della Ocè. Così la Ocè mette le mani avanti e, in maniera preventiva, comincia a liberarsi dei lavoratori.
Il lavoratore, assunto con contratto a tempo determinato, verrebbe lasciato a casa ingiustamente perché la sua mansione continuerà ad esistere, presupposto che rende non applicabile il contratto a tempo determinato, pretesto usato dall’azienda per licenziarlo.
Ancora una volta la liberalizzazione del mercato del lavoro lascia per strada le sue “vittime”, lavoratori con l’unico difetto di dover mangiare tutti i giorni e per farlo devono lavorare.
Non è possibile assistere impassibili a questi soprusi, per questo motivo

Ocè, company that manages the archives of the Agusta of C. Costa, occupies fifteen or so dependent on a total of approximately 700 scattered in all Italy. The multinational that, probably, will acquire the contract in Agusta, does not want is made loaded with the workers of the Ocè. Therefore the Ocè puts the hands ahead and, in preventive way, it begins to get rid of the workers.
The worker, task with contract to determined time, would come left to house unjustly because its duty will continue to exist, presupposed that he renders the contract not applicable to determined time, pretest used from the company in order to fire it.
Once again the liberalization of the labor market leaves for road its “victims”, workers with the only defect of having to eat every day and in order to make it must work.
It is not possible to assist without to make nothing to these power abuse, for this reason
